ODS Weigh system controls the dye weighing process by integration with recipe softwares. System rules the operator to wteigh the right dye at the right amount via a computer and bar code controlled system.

Storing the dyestuff is another important subject. Result of correctly storing the dyestuff is, time and space saving. Correct storage brings correct stock control together.

Dyestuff can be stored in 2 different ways:

•        FIXED STORAGE

Can be combined with travelling scale platform. Scales are being carried to the dyestuff boxes. Every dyestuff locations are predefined in to the system. Saves labor and time. Also lowers the risk of spillage.
