Fully Automatic Laboratory Dispensing System
- Powder Dyestuff Unit (ODS LAB. Powder): Dyes are stored in powder silos. Highly concentrated Pad-Batch recipes are prepared directly using powder dyes. As a result, the process becomes faster and more efficient.
- Solution Preparation: The system automatically retrieves the bottle, weighs the dye, and prepares the solution. Lower concentration solutions are generated from pre-prepared mother solutions, ensuring consistency and reducing preparation time.
- LAB.DIP Sample Waiting Station: This dedicated area allows samples to queue before or after the dyeing process. Consequently, it helps streamline the workflow and improve process control.
- Sample Dyeing Unit for Yarn (ODS LAB. Auto Dye): Yarn products placed in the system undergo a fully automated dyeing process. It replicates bulk production conditions, ensuring high accuracy and lab-to-bulk consistency.
- Yarn Sample Waiting Station: Just like fabric samples, yarn samples wait here before or after dyeing. This station improves organization and minimizes the risk of mix-ups.
- Dosing & Recipe Preparation (ODS LAB): Recipes created through software are accurately dispensed into dyeing machine pots. Thus, dosing errors and measurement mistakes are completely avoided, leading to high-quality outcomes.
- Bottles & Caps: The 1-liter bottles are specially designed with wide mouths for easy solution preparation. Each bottle includes a PE cap that opens and closes automatically, enhancing user convenience.
- Lab.DIP Sample Dyeing (ODS LAB.DIP Auto Dye): The system dyes 5–20 gram Lab.Dip samples, then washes and prepares them for shade evaluation. Notably, this is done automatically and without human intervention.
- Solution Mixing: Once solutions are prepared, they are placed in a mixing unit for thorough dissolving. Meanwhile, the system can continue preparing new solutions, increasing efficiency.
- Bottle Washing Unit: Expired or emptied solution bottles are washed, dried, and placed back in the waiting area—all automatically. This feature ensures hygiene and reusability.
