Applicability

Fully Automatic Laboratory Dispensing System is suitable for the dyeing laboratory of printing and dyeing industry. The machine adopts 24-hour unmanned on-duty design, and automatically executes the whole process from liquid making, dropping, pre-treatment, dyeing to post-treatment without human intervention, and ensures the reproducibility and consistency of dyeing.

3. Solution making and dropping components can be integrated with one or more sets of dyeing components, and equipped with different dyeing cylinders according to different proofing capacity and dyeing method.
4. The mother liquor bottle is automatically cleaned and quickly dried by a 5-axis manipulator to achieve the ideal effect of no residue. Automatic making solution and dilution is realized according to the set making process.
5. Built-in guide module ensures stable accuracy. All needles are made of 316L stainless steel. The multi-pipe system completely eliminates cross-contamination problems. 48 to 192 sets of injectors are available depending on the model.
6. The auxiliary cylinder with internal and external circulation is configured, and the materials required for dyeing process are added to achieve consistency with the on-site dyeing process. The patented heating and cooling device ensure accurate temperature control during dyeing.
