Characteristics

• The singeing machine is equipped with the “double jet” aluminum alloy burner of German technology, which has perfect flame and low energy consumption. Its main features are:
• The flame at the burner is neat and uniform, which is the basic requirement of the burner.
• Flame temperature ≥ 1300° C, residual temperature of cloth surface ≥ 250° C.
• The flame is strong, powerful, uniform and penetrating. The flame can pass through the warp and weft yarn gap of the cloth, burn the nap in the warp and weft yarn gap, make the cloth surface smooth and clean, and the singeing grade can reach 5.
• Low energy consumption. The natural gas consumption of the fire mouth with a mechanical width of 2.6 meters is 10-12 cubic meters/hour *pieces.

Safety Device

The unique safety protection device can effectively ensure that in case of sudden power failure or sudden interruption of compressed air supply, the fire can be quickly closed and kept away from the fabric to avoid fire.

Nitrogen generation device (optional): nitrogen fire extinguishing is optional. Nitrogen fire extinguishing is adopted, which has better and safer fire extinguishing effect, no watermark on the cloth surface and low temperature.
