The automated denim dosing systems is composed of an automatic dissolution and solution  preparation system for indigo powder dye (including water-based indigo), an automatic weighing and dispensing system for sodium hydro sulfite, an automatic dissolving and dispensing system for liquid auxiliaries, and an automatic dissolving and dispensing system for sulfur black (powder, liquid) (including dissolving and dispensing of solid alkali sulfide and reducing agent powder), etc.

• Sodium hydro sulfite is automatically weighed, dissolved, and delivered to the solution preparation tank.
• The sodium hydro sulfite discharge port is equipped with a positive pressure dehumidification and moisture-proof device, which reduces the likelihood of sodium hydro sulfite blocking the discharge port due to the moisture from the dissolving material, ensuring more stable discharge of sodium hydro sulfite.
• In a single upper computer system, the overall planning, management, and scheduling of chemical materials such as indigo, sodium hydro sulfite, sulfides, and auxiliaries are carried out, facilitating centralized control.
• It supports data connection with the factory’s ERP system;
• Data records are kept for the processes of material weighing, material dissolving, and dispensing, achieving data traceability of the production process.
