This U-Flow Dyeing Machine new-generation, eco-friendly machine is specifically designed for fabrics such as 26S/1–42S knitted cotton, TC fleece, Ponte-de-Roma (below medium GSM), and polyester/cotton double-sided fabrics.

It offers a liquor ratio as low as 1:5, resulting in reduced water, steam, and chemical usage. Despite its efficiency, the machine ensures first-class dyeing quality and color fastness. With strong adaptability, it performs exceptionally on fabrics prone to fuzzing and creasing. Moreover, average power consumption is just 5KW per tube, making it a leader in energy efficiency per current industry standards.

Automatic Lint Filtering System

The patented automatic lint filtering system efficiently removes fluffs during operation. This reduces manual labor, shortens the dyeing process, and enhances overall productivity.

Smart Control

An advanced automatic control system delivers consistently high-quality dyeing. Optional features such as a central control system, centralized chemical feeding system, remote monitoring (RMON), and online monitoring are also available to meet modern automation needs.

High-Quality Dyeing Performance

The KOALA series solves common issues in low-liquor dyeing, such as color spots, creasing, and minor fuzzing. It performs exceptionally on:

• Plain weave single yarn (26S/1–42S/1), combed cotton, recycled synthetic blends, medium GSM fleece, acrylic blends, woolen fabrics, small circular knits, and single jerseys.

A horizontal circulation system at the cylinder bottom and a triple-stage dye dilution process from the dosing tank to the nozzle improve dye distribution and achieve superior leveling.
