Specifically engineered for textile printing and dyeing, it operates without manual intervention throughout the process. The main structure of the whole set of equipment is constructed from stainless steel and aluminum alloy, ensuring safety and corrosion – resistant. This system renders the whole dyeing process rapid and safe, ensures the consistency and continuity of dyeing quality, and enhances the one-time successful dyeing rate.
Advantages & Characteristics
- The truss manipulator is driven by a servo motor and is additionally equipped with a multi-turn absolute encoder to monitor the actual position of the truss manipulator. This can effectively detect position deviations caused by abnormalities in components such as the servo motor, coupling, and transmission key, achieving real full closed-loop control.
- Both the dye weighing trolley and the material – loading trolley are actuated by servo motors and equipped with multi – turn absolute encoders to achieve full closed – loop position control.
- It can be optionally fitted with a matrix type pipeline switching valve group. Any material dissolving machine with the same pipe diameter can be connected to any dyeing vat, minimizing the impact on the system during the maintenance of the material – dissolving machine.
- An optional integration of whole package feeding and automatic weighing is offered, which saves the time for transferring materials to the dye storage bin.
- The system automatically calculates the most scientific material dissolving temperature and water ratio according to the weight, material dissolving temperature, water ratio, and other attributes of each dye in the order, and automatically selects the most suitable material dissolving machine in terms of capacity.
- The discharging screw for dye weighing adopts a large-and-small screw design, which ensures both the weighing speed and the weighing accuracy.
- It supports data connection with the factory’s ERP system and the central control system of the dyeing machine, enabling automatic dye requisition during the dyeing process.
- Data records are maintained for the processes of material weighing, material dissolving, and dispensing, enabling data traceability of the production process.
