Automated Powder Dispensing Systems

The desired dye is prepared by manual weighing or weighing by the dye warehouse automatic management system, and then dissolved and distributed to the designated machine through the automatic dissolving and dispensing system for dyes.

The system can be connected with the ERP and the central control system, and the operator can operate through bar code recognition to prevent errors. According to different dye types and weights, different dissolving time and temperature are set to ensure the dye is fully dissolved, and after the dissolution is completed, it can be distributed via the one-to-one dedicated pipe of the disc distributor or the shared pipe of the valve distributor. After being transported through the fully enclosed food-grade 316L stainless steel inner polished pipe to the designated dyeing vat’s feeding cylinder, the tank and piping are cleaned so that no dye is left.
