The high-volume automated powder dosing systems is composed of high-volume dye tanks, mobile weighing and material preparation machines, hot water tanks, dispensing pipelines, switching valves, etc. The material dissolving machine can move forward and backward as well as left and right. When weighing materials, the material dissolving machine moves to the corresponding material box position. The dye directly enters the material dissolving machine from the material box, saving the transfer bucket for weighing. At the same time, it also eliminates the process of entering and exiting the bucket and rinsing the bucket during the conventional material dissolving process, resulting in a relatively high dispensing efficiency.
