The automatic management system of the dye three-dimensional warehouse consists of the dye three-dimensional warehouse and the dye auxiliary weighing system.

• The dye vertical warehouse is composed of stacker cranes, material boxes, multi- layer material box supports, and an automated operation control system, etc. It is moisture-proof and aesthetically pleasing. The stacker crane is equipped with Mitsubishi servo motors, Mitsubishi drivers, and Mitsubishi PLCs, and it operates stably and reliably. The material of the material box is 304 stainless steels, and the material of the material box support is 201 stainless steels.
• The dye-assisted weighing system consists of a dye weighing cabinet and an electronic scale. The weighing cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and is equipped with an industrial control computer that is connected to the ERP system. It automatically weighs materials according to the ERP order scheduling requirements and can also weigh materials by scanning orders.
