The Tianfu Dye Warehouse Automatic Management System adopts the shuttle car mode and is newly developed storage and material retrieval equipment for dye warehouses. It solves the problems such as large dye storage space in traditional dyeing factories, high work intensity of manual material retrieval, and prone to errors in material retrieval and weighing. The warehouse adopts a closed storage method, which greatly reduces the problem of dye dust pollution in the dye house. It is an automatic device that integrates error prevention, high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy conservation. The device is mainly divided into four modules: dye warehouse storage location, shuttle car, weighing module, and material feeding module.
